Privacy policy
Who we are
Avaroes provides practice management software to law firms in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data on avaroes.com under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What this policy covers
This policy covers the avaroes.com website. Data inside the Avaroes platform is processed for each firm under its subscription agreement and data processing terms, where the firm is the controller.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect what you give us: your name, firm, contact details and firm size. Our servers also keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to serve pages securely and detect abuse. The site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
How we use it
Demo details are used to contact you about Avaroes and to arrange the walkthrough. Technical logs are used to operate and secure the site. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you submit the demo form, on legitimate interest for site security, and on legal obligation where Saudi law requires us to keep or disclose records.
Who we share it with
Processors that run our infrastructure, under contracts that bind them to this policy. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta receive the data described in the cookie policy. Beyond that we disclose data only where the law requires it.
Where it lives
Demo request data is hosted inside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer outside the Kingdom happens only with the safeguards the PDPL permits.
How long we keep it
Demo request data is kept only as long as the purpose requires. Technical logs are deleted on a short, fixed cycle.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Use the demo form on this site or speak to your Avaroes account manager. You may also raise a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies and tracking
The site runs on necessary cookies alone. Analytics and marketing tools, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, stay off until you allow them through the cookie banner. You can withdraw that choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. The cookie policy lists every item.
Changes
When this policy changes we publish the new version here with a new date. Material changes are flagged on this page.
