These terms govern your use of avaroes.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes the Avaroes practice management platform for law firms. Its content is general information about the product. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client or advisory relationship of any kind.
The platform is separate
Access to the Avaroes platform itself is governed by a written subscription agreement between Avaroes and your firm, including its own service levels, data processing and payment terms. These website terms do not grant access to the platform.
Demo requests
When you request a demo you agree to provide accurate information. We may verify requests and may decline to schedule a demo at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt or probe the site, not to scrape it at scale, not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, illustrations and marks belong to Avaroes or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site. Any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to services we do not operate, such as payment providers or government portals. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, secure and available, and we do not guarantee any of the three. Product descriptions reflect the platform at the date of publication and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Saudi law permits, Avaroes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date above tells you when the terms last changed. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes arising from them fall to the competent courts of Riyadh.
